Plan said 7, with drills and strides to loosen up after yesterday's hills. But, I wasn't even to Indian Lake and I knew I was feeling really good, and the weather was perfect, At Sister's I decided to keep going, if I started feeling not as good, I could always run to Newell Rd and back for 8. Plan was for a 15 mile long run this week, so I just ran XXL backwards. I saw a lot of people out on my run, lots of bikers, and everyone was in a good mood with the fantastic weather, a cop in Holden even saw me coming, and told some lady to stop pulling out of a shopping center till I passed. When I turned onto Reservoir St, I decided to start picking it up a bit, running at a good clip past the reservoirs was really fun, and I finished up pretty well.
Now I know I'll be sore tomorrow.
