First couple steps of this run, my right hip was hurting me, I stretched it a little, and gave it a chance to loosen up. Then from ~2.3-4 miles, my leg started hurting a bit above my right knee. It felt like it was impact related, but above the knee and towards the inside so it wasn't the quad. I think I can chalk both those up to sitting behind a desk all day at work, and the fact that these shoes are dead didn't help.
Since my leg was bothering me, I decided to can the workout, but this was a nice route (Burncoat into Short Armory) and the pace was better than I expected walking in. Of course, the key is nutrition.
