Notes

The hills felt good, especially coming off the turn away from the library. Everything felt fine, I'm not really sure what the point of the workout today was, especially since we have another workout tomorrow. At least I got some decent length on this workout, I would have liked to go short lake on the cooldown, but Dom only wanted to do 2, and I'll be okay this week anyways.
