Ouch this workout sucked, I woke up and my legs didn't feel great, warming up my legs didn't feel great, and on the first 2 200's I knew my legs had no snap in them. I was trailing behind Jeremy and Hunter all morning. But I'm happy with how I got through this workout, I ran the first 8 in 2:35, focused to get the 2nd 8 in 2:32, and tried to just keep rolling and kicked in a 2:29 for the 3rd. I'm not even really bothered about the 4th being slow, considering how I started. Then afterwards we got in a good lifting session with the suspension trainers, and had some awesome breakfast thanks to Jeremy
