Notes
Nice workout on Beechmont. I think the hill was harder than the Green Hill Park hill, but shorter. I also felt good once I got going this morning, and after 3 repeats, I wasn't feeling anything so I dropped the pace down. After that, I really didn't feel my legs burning throughout the workout, I was just out of breath at the end of the hills. I guess that's a good thing, but I think it does lend some evidence that I need more aerobic capacity (more mileage, maybe Coach Chabot style 10 mile steady runs, MLRs).
Also, I was happy that I was able to focus through the middle of the workout. Last year, I would fall off the pace during the 3rd quarter of workouts, this time I picked it up. But then I started thinking about last year, and this year, and the differences, lost focus, and dropped 2 seconds on the last repeat.
