Mill St

Woke up and ran. Was 13:30 through ~2 miles (with a net uphill) and I felt like I was working pretty hard with the sun and all, so I forced myself to relax on Mill St, I felt slow, but I wanted to listen to my body. Even with relaxing, I was still running sub 7's, and I chilled out even more on Park Ave, I picked it up a bit around the park and on Highland.

I think this run is definitely a sign that my body's adjusting to this speed, and I'm improving my ability to recover at this pace.
