Felt really good, working pretty strong, got faster on the downhills. If I can stay hydrated and fueled, and this sort of pace starts feeling comfortable/normal in 2-3 weeks, I think I'll be in a really good spot for training. I'm thinking now that I may start doing some fartleky type work in July, so I can race 10 at Newburyport.
