Was ~2 miles into Firehouses with Hunter, I tripped on something on the sidewalk, think it was a manhole cover that was up a little high, and scraped up my left knee pretty bad, and I felt my knee cap slide a bit in my right knee, so I've gotta take some time off to let this heal. Writing this on Monday, my left knee looks like it's healing well, but I'm keeping the left knee covered and wrapped, and my right knee still feels stiff. I may try getting in a run on Tuesday afternoon if all goes well, more to evaluate my right knee than anything else.
