Notes

I feel like incorporating some short barefoot runs this week, especially due to the heat. I can run them on the turf, so I can run them late at night, stop them anytime I want, and running barefoot makes it a bit more interesting than mundane laps pounding the track.

Anyways, the first mile was 7 ish, the second mile was slower because nature was calling, severely.
