Ran on Stadium to Mizzou Arena and then ran 4 hill repeats on Paige Hill. Headed home on the trail. Knee was feeling a bit of tightness so stopped a couple times to check and felt fine. I tried kicking back my feet more as I ran and noticed I didn't feel any tightness so after that I didn't have to stop. That technique also kicked up the pace for the last 2.5 miles. Interesting.
