This is really sad but I checked my records and I had not been on the bike since May 2008. When we put our house up for sale last June, I didn't get back on the bike. I couldn't bribe Hugh to go with me tonight trail or road. I signed up for the Show-Me duathlon today to motivate me to get back on the bike so I guess it worked. It is coming up in 2 weeks so I will see what kind of shape I can get myself. I won't expect much I guess. The course I went was okay, but not ideal for speed. I may try going south on the next road ride and work in the actual course for the duathlon.
