Notes
Short course today and didn't want to run it too hard. I ran with Dan since his GPS isn't working, I tried to keep the pace reasonable. I was trying to stay over 7 min per mile. We ran the last under but it was down hill and we had people behind us so pushed to a 5:28 pace. This run actually felt pretty good. Much better than Sat. and Sun. so hopefully, I will be ready next Monday. I just need to get some sleep.
