Ran at Rock Bridge after Long Run for a few miles. Legs were tired and trail muddy, and snow in places. Not really fast conditions, but I think a lot of it was the 21 miles I had already run. So this pace was really easy and I guess good 100 miler training. I really need to rework my training plan. Hopefully, it warms up soon and I feel like running more. Four days a week just isn't enough to get the miles I need to be getting.
