Notes
Ran with Allan at Rockbridge. First ran on the Gans side for 8 mi and 9 on the Devil's Ice box side. Nice to have someone to run with for a change on Sat. We never pushed the pace and kept the watch running at a couple stream crossings that took a few minutes. I felt like I could have kept running. This run should have felt easy after last week's 28 miles so that is good. Weather was nice and since everything was pretty frozen, no mud to deal with today. There were a few icy areas we had to be careful and each of us fell only once tripping on a root or rock.
