Notes
For the first 2.7 miles mostly with the group. Everyone stopped at the Off Broadway Diner to sign the 69.5 ft ribbon for Olympic shot put medalist Christian Cantwell. Once we started again, the pace picked up and ran with mostly with Dan, Tom, and Phil most of the run. I didn't realize we ran those last 5 miles that fast.
