Notes
Ran with Rusty and Bruno. I couldn't convince Hugh he needed to run with us. I didn't get the watch started until I had ran 0.15 mi. Then stopped it somewhere along the run and didn't get it started right away. I estimated my time based on the splits I did get. I didn't realize I was running so slow. I thought it was more like 9-something pace. My quads were pretty sore so took it easy. Maybe I shouldn't run the rest of the week until Sat., but since I know that isn't going to happen, I will just take it easy.
