Notes
Ran with Hugh, Dan, and Sam. Sam and Hugh ran ahead and Dan and I hung back, but eventually passed them. A lot warmer than this morning and humid, but a cool breeze running on Grindstone. It was a perfect afternoon for a run and nice to see the sun after a stormy morning. Everything felt good and definitely in need of this run after all the bad news today.
