Ran at RB on the snowy trails. First 8 on the Gans side and 2nd 8 on the other side. Felt pretty good and kept a steady pace. Wore the Cabraken shoes again and they rub my left heel. I don't know if it is this particular pair or if it is these shoes. I don't have any problems with the Ascends. I guess I can at least wear them for 16 mile runs without getting a blister but wouldn't want to go longer in them. I have another pair in the closet. I didn't fall once and felt strong. Medial tendon still a little sore. I hope it continues to heal.
