Ran with Abby. I felt like taking it easy today but she pushed me to run harder. The last few miles we had to deal with some wind.
So it was Abby pushing the pace. We weren't able to close the gap today. That dog is getting fast.

Once we got to Nifong, she switched to my right side to pass some people and then switched back to the left. She sure seems like she enjoys running. She was at the door today and ready to go.
