Ran with Dan and Hugh on the Deer Run loop except we crossed the creek and ran a little different today. We ran the grasslands and then Hugh headed back to the beginning. Dan and I ran about 2 more miles on the new trail. After we sat around in the shade for over 30 minutes letting the sweat evaporate. This was an actual recovery run since we didn't run too hard.
