Notes
Survived long trail run. I had planned to do 18 - 22 today or around 4 hrs. Ran 8 miles earlier and 7 with Dan & Jeff and then 8 more miles. Felt pretty good but was glad to be done at 23 miles. Quite humid today. Temp started out at 61 and then climbed to 79 by the time I finished. I guess I am as ready as I can be for Berryman with the short amount of time I have had to train.
