Conditions for running on roads were not ideal today. First we started off on the trail and the snow slowed the pace a bit. Had to watch out for ice on roads and sidewalks. I ran fast where I could. Ran with Mike, Joe, Brad, and Phil most of the way. Then Mike & Brad ran ahead right before we turned onto Forum and Phil was right behind me. He ran part of the way up the hill past Forum with me. This was really the worse part of the run since neither the shoulder or the sidewalk was suitable for running. Once I got up the hill, I went down a side street with no traffic and then turned around, but most of these extra 2.6 miles were hard to run.
