Felt very weak like my run this morning. Had to do deadlifts with no weight. Could not do crunches so substituted hanging leg raises.

Reverse Grip Barbell Row-2-2 rep tempo 3 sets of 20 reps (30 sec rest) - (85 - #23 - 20/16/12)

Dumbbell Row-2-2 rep tempo 3 sets of 20 reps (30 sec rest) - (30 - 20/20/16)

Deadlifts-2-2 rep tempo 3 sets of 20 reps (0 - 20/20/20)

Standing Dumbell Curls-2-2 rep tempo 3 sets of 20 reps (30 sec rest) - (20 - 20/20/20)

Incline Dumbbell Curls-2-2 rep tempo 3 sets of 20 reps (30 sec rest) - (15 - 20/16/14)

Hanging Leg Raise -4-2 rep tempo 3 sets
