World Record Run Day so got started a little late. I still had time to complete the full course. Ran with many people, but everyone was turning off at different places. Ran with Andy & Phil and then picked up to a tempo run after hospital. As I caught the front 3 runners on Stadium before the trail, they all split up so finished on my own. Would not have guessed I would run tempo run miles today, but just happened and no one was pushing me either. Felt good today, but just upper body soreness.
