Down to end of Richardson and back around g-ville route including 8X100 strides on track. I was concerned I wasnt tapering enough for the HM so I dialed down the intensity quite a bit. Ran quite a bit slower as HR never went above 148 except for the end of strides. Even steep hills kept HR under 148. Easiest run in a while.
