Notes

Nailed the pace on the fast part. Legs still not all the way there, but recovering very quickly after wach run. Planned for run on Fri and Sat, but will probably skip Fri to get extra rest.

Right foot is a little sore, but the pain went away after the warmup. After I finish running, I have to limp around.

I went from mile 5 to 6 and back to 5 on the marathon course and felt pretty comfortable. I can use the rest this week as I feel my legs arent totally there yet. Schedule calls for 5 mi Fri and 4 on sat. I may skip the 5 and do 3 on Saturday, we'll see.
