What an awesome run. Got inspired reading Bergland's book. Ran everything non-stop. No pain, no short breath. Got a bit lost and did a 6 mile instead a 5 mile. It's all good. Sitting here now feeling really good with no tired legs whatsoever. Could go out and do it again.
