Notes

2 up, 5 mile tempo, 2.5 jog home. Inspired by Nader.

The last mile took concentration to keep from arching my back but was not "bad". Really no pain in my hammy. Pretty sure the 5th mile was right around or just under 6 as I think I remember 25:49 at 4 mi. Solid. Felt good to stop babying myself.

Raining hard the whole time. Funny how when I was concentrating on the workout I hardly noticed the rain but once I finished the tempo and jogged across the field at connolly beach park to get a drink of water then started jogging home, I suddenly was very aware how soaking wet I was and how much water was in my shoes.
