Painful little shakeout cruise. New shoes and a new Garmin, so a lot to distract me from the searing pain in my left hamstring--BUT STILL. Probably worse than after Stu's. Time to figure that thing out and get it right.
I have been using thermacare heat wraps on mine while I sleep and that seems to help some. also very light stretching while in a hot bath. maybe something to try.

Thanks, A1. After my little jog I did a bunch of lunges and various hamstring strengthening exercise and stretches. It provided almost immediate and total relief and I felt great all night and this morning,,.until I sat in my office chair for a few hours. Sitting is the worst.
