Notes

Pigeon hip extensions,

A bunch of hip stretches/lunges,

Foam roller hamstrings, calves and hips.

Spent a lot of time on my upper left hip--pretty sure I found the spot causing the minor burning in my ass it's just a tough spot to work on. Tiny little knot in there, loosened it some.

Legs feel really good though, basically.
