17 mins easy then hills. 3 x 10 mins continuous hills + 2 mins recov. Easy jog back.
Was a bit nervous about doing the hills as I've got a bit of a pull in my left heel/ankle from the hills at Hainault that I don't want to aggravate ahead of Spitfire Scramble at the weekend. I'd had an extra rest day so not to stress it yesterday. I could feel it today but hopefully it won't have made things worse. I actually enjoyed the session as something I haven't done for a long while - when I get fitter I'll have to push harder but just getting up and down the hills for now is a start.
Wore new Asics Gel 6 today & they were pretty comfortable.
