Such lovely weather for October. Fabulous to be running through the parks on a sunny early morning. Really enjoyed being out early & getting the run done & out of the way. Went to bed earlier last night so not so tired today. Still having problems with a very tight right hip & both heels achy.
Did first 20k with John & then carried on on my own afterwards.
