Felt like we did better last week. 6:30 warm up; 2 mins (8:10); 3 mins (8:07); 5 mins (8:06); 3 x 3 mins (8:06/8:00/7:55); 3 x 2 mins (7:50/7:44/7:34); 4 x 75 secs (7:36/8:03/7:41/7:35).
Great to get the session done early on as I was out in the evening.
