Chilly. Uncomfortable run - went out to test my hip after a few days off. It wasn't very nice - not exactly sure where the pain is coming from - could be hamstring. Practically limping towards the end. So practically iot looks like the Halstead Marathon is a no go for me this weekend. Need to try and get treatment.
