10 mins WU; 6 mins threshold; 3 mins recovery. Sketchy hills - 10 hills but wasn't able to do the ECP hill as planned as someone sitting on top of the hill so tried another 'hill' there for 4 reps, then over to the other side of ECP for 5 more hills. But they weren't really adequate hills. 6m mins threshold; easy. Sketchy session and left heel quite uncomfortable.
