Solid workout on the treadmill. I had never done intervals on a treadmill before this. I know it doesn't translate exactly to what I'd do on the track, but this was still encouraging. Only took 60sec rest in between interval. I sped the pace of each one up, even though my 3rd was as slow as my first. I think I just misjudged at what distance I started that one, so it was probably a bit long. Overall; good workout on a cold day. Something to build on.
