Notes

Easy run from home. Lots of hills, as per the norm. Kept it niiiiiiice and easy today. I wasn't feeling crappy, I just wanted to jog. It worked- because when I finished, my heart wasn't really elevated at all. Did 4 fantastic-feeling striders, stretched, and did my exercises. Glutes are taking a beating from these lunges. Thinking about doing some mile repeats on 2:00 minutes rest in the wind and rain tomorrow- see how it goes. Planning on another 13 miles with trail this weekend to continue building strength.
