Recovery day. Was intentional about keeping the pace slow for the whole run. Despite hills, pace remained consistent after the first mile. Felt great. About 60F, 100% humidity, overcast, little breeze. Finished up with 4 good striders, stretching, and core/exercises. Legs did feel a little heavy today, which is a good thing.
