45 at start, 46 at finish. Wore CW-X compression tights, green Indy Runners shirt, Mini cap. Comfortable. Again low HR to force slow pace--had to go even slower than yesterday to maintain it. Hamstring felt a little better than during yesterday's run, which is good because it hurt quite a bit last night. Rest day tomorrow--we'll see how it is on Saturday. If still bad, may need to shorten Sunday's long run and consider this a cutback week.
Garmin says HR hit 156 sometime during first mile. Not possible--I was watching it too closely. Highest I saw was 148.
