What a mess. Mud and puddles, slippery trails, headwind and rain on the way back. Probably the toughest run of this race ever for me. Managed to hold pace pretty well at the beginning and the end, but the middle miles out on the flood control project plain were tough and slow going. Didn't stick around for awards so don't know final results. Actual Garmin distance was 13.23, but I kept it to 13.1 for log history. RD admitted course was long, so why did he make us go around the NPHS track at the end? Could've moved the finish line, or the turnaround, but didn't.
