Finally, a good easy run and HR kept below 158! I don't remember the last time that happened. One walk break, mostly to blow snot, and one stop to check out a fantastic wreck off the Parks that almost came onto the bike path. Wow. Legs a little sore/tired from the weekend (all that yard work pulling out raspberries and willows!) but did fine.
