It was not that cold (-13). Our thermometer showed zero when I left, went out and back on Snowy Owl with a double back, and then down Willow Grouse to Crystal, Vail View to the end then back to Falcon, then back again down Willow Grouse and up Falcon to the power line past Hawk, then back all the way down Snowy Owl to the cul de sac, and back to Mathers' old house and home. Nice to be out so long after all the treadmill running! But, finished up the day with 3.6 on the treadmill.
