Peter's office start, end at the end of the Parks bike path where it ends at U West. Did pretty well keeping HR low until mile 6. No idea what happened there, but shot up to 181?? I think there was a headwind going up Loftus but not much. I don't get it. Had to stop for a bit but it was still kind of high (163 avg/177 max) in mile 7. Then dropped again at the end. Not sure what's going on there. Cool temps, rain had stopped though so it wasn't bad. Hands warmed up by mile 3.
