Calling this progressive pace cuz I turned up the speed to get out of the rain! First half of run was dry and sunny, but sprinkles started after I turned around (2.4 miles) and got heavier as the rain clouds overtook me. Rats. It was mostly sunshiney though, so always interesting to be in the sunshine and getting rained on. Legs felt good today, practiced the shorter stride, higher turnover on the way out.
