Pace belies a couple of stops, one to get water at the folks' house, one to talk to Jean about her plants. Several stops to rest legs and suck wind on the way up McGrath. Even with drinking before I left and stopping at mile 3 for water, I got seriously dehydrated, again, on this run. Aggravating. Only 18% humidity, so that explains the dry feeling...

Legs are tired though, this has been quite a string of runs and tomorrow should be a rest day.
