Started real easy, then worked up to 7:34 pace. Then did 3 x .2 mile @ 7:30 pace with .1 mile recoveries @ 7:34. First quarter to half mile felt pretty creaky, but got warmed up and felt good for the rest of it. Leave tomorrow for Indiana.
