Felt harder than last time but not too much different. Went about .05 mile farther up Cranberry Ridge (to 3.93 vs. 3.88 last week) and a little more at the end. Got stung by a wasp or something just before mile 1! Bleh, that hurt. Last week's stop time was 17:09 and today's was 19:33 so factor in the sting... not too bad. Today's average pace was 8:47 vs. last week's 8:58. Dang that sting hurts.
Went down the McGrath bike path at the end but didn't make it much past the church before having to turn around. Then went down Willow Grouse to the end, and then back home. Road construction continues!
