Only about 2:30 of stop time so that's good, but you can see where I walked in miles 5 and 7. Those are definitely the hardest miles on this run. Tired legs still, and headwind pretty much the whole damn way after mile #2, so I just needed a break at times. Still, taking those walk breaks didn't affect the overall pace that much, and it's important to remember that. Nice warm day today, lost over 4 lbs on the run home.
