Don't know what happened with that first split... stopped Garmin at the light by Geist, and it was at 1 mile exactly in about 8:35, then when I started up, it gave that weird split of 7:53...?? Seems like Garmins don't like being stopped on the mile/lap point. Anyway, that second mile was actually about 8:30-8:35 too. Another gorgeous day, and legs feel much better than a few days ago.
