23 minutes of stop time, bleh. Need to focus on walk breaks and deal with the pace impact, but all this stopping is a bad thing. Anyway, this was a great day, temp was about 18° at the end and not a cloud in the sky. Legs/glutes a little tired still from the hill run, I guess. Sheep Creek path is in great condition, so did an extra out-and-back on it for another 2 miles.
